TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Clients may be provided with up to unlimited usage rights for all media assets (including audio, video, photography, and other deliverables) upon the conditions agreed upon and clearly outlined in the invoice. This includes full commercial rights for all completed projects.

Payments are due upon invoicing unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to ensure your time slot. The final invoice will be delivered after the last production day on-site.

Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, e-transfer, and direct deposit at no additional charge.

Additional payment methods are available with a 3% service fee, including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

American Express (AMEX) is accepted with a 4% service fee.

Late payments are subject to the following fees: 1% after the first 15 days, 2% after 30 days, and 5% after 60 days, unless otherwise agreed upon before invoicing.

2. Usage Rights

All assets produced for clients are considered the sole property of the client. Under no circumstances will these assets be shared or provided to other clients. The only exception to this policy is the use of selected materials on our portfolio page, which encompasses our website and social media platforms, unless a client requests otherwise in writing. Low-resolution versions of files may be utilized for internal planning and promotional purposes, but high-resolution files will not be distributed externally without the explicit consent of the client.

4. Revisions

The number of revisions allowed for deliverables will be clearly stated in the invoice. Any additional revisions beyond the stated amount may incur additional charges.

5. Production Days

The number of production days required for each project will be explicitly stated in the invoice. Any changes to the production schedule may affect pricing and availability.
